Apart from organizing national and international level events mainly at Shantivan and Gyan Sarovar, the headquarters of the Brahma Kumaris Institute, Rajyoga camps for artists are also organized at the institute's retreat centers in almost all the states of India.

To participate in the events, local service centers contact the artists of their place and invite them by giving them complete information about the events.

Only a person who regularly listens to the divine knowledge given by Prajapita Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya and follows the rules and norms of the organization can become a member of the wing. Membership of the wing is obtained by depositing a prescribed amount and completing some practical formalities.

Information about the programs organized by the Wing throughout the year is made available to all the members of the Wing through email and WhatsApp. In these events, wing members get the opportunity to serve as active volunteers after the approval of their local service center. Wing members can play an important role in connecting their contacts with spirituality by inviting their artists to events.
